Standard universal version without factory parameter lock.

1. Product Overview

CACR-SR03BZ1SS is a 0.3kW(300W) Yasnac VS800 dedicated AC Servopack, classic discontinued CACR-SR series for old Yasnac CNC lathe/machining center feed axis, specially designed for absolute encoder USAF-BZ series servo motor (power-off absolute position memory, no machine zero return after power loss). Standard universal version without factory parameter lock.

  • SR: Multi-mode control (speed / position / torque switchable by parameter)

  • 03: Rated power: 0.3kW / 300W

  • BZ: Main power board exclusive for ABSOLUTE ENCODER feedback (core difference vs BY incremental version; support multi-turn absolute motor)

  • 1S: S-type customized control PCB, fixed firmware for Yasnac ±10V analog command CNC system

  • SS: Special customized encoder interface + I/O circuit, dedicated pin definition for absolute PG aviation plug (different from SF/F suffix model)

  • Exclusive round aviation connector for absolute encoder (SS dedicated pin assignment, incompatible with BY/SF plug wiring)

6. Replacement Notice

Original production stopped; only refurbished & surplus stock available for CNC maintenance replacement.
Cannot interchange with CACR-SR03BY1SF/BY1SG (BY=incremental only); cannot replace CACR-SR03BZ1SF directly due to SS customized PCB firmware difference。
