CACR-SR03BB1CS

CACR-SR03BB1CS is original Japan-made Yaskawa 0.3kW AC servo amplifier belonging to classic CACR-SR series, specially developed to match Yasnac VS-800 CNC control system and designed as dedicated feed axis driver for traditional CNC lathe and small machining center. It adopts IGBT sine-wave PWM full closed-loop drive technology with analog ±10VDC command input as standard control mode, factory fixed control logic and encoder matching circuit for designated USAM/USAF 300W Yaskawa servo motors, widely used as original replacement spare part for old-type CNC equipment.

Description

1. Product General Description

CACR-SR03BB1CS is original Japan-made Yaskawa 0.3kW AC servo amplifier belonging to classic CACR-SR series, specially developed to match Yasnac VS-800 CNC control system and designed as dedicated feed axis driver for traditional CNC lathe and small machining center. It adopts IGBT sine-wave PWM full closed-loop drive technology with analog ±10VDC command input as standard control mode, factory fixed control logic and encoder matching circuit for designated USAM/USAF 300W Yaskawa servo motors, widely used as original replacement spare part for old-type CNC equipment.

2. Model Code Explanation

CACR: General code of Yaskawa AC servo driver product line.
SR: Basic speed control platform, compatible with switchable position control and torque control via internal parameter setting.
03: Rated continuous output power 0.3kW, matching 300W servo motor.
BB1: Main power board specification, 200V class power input standard and fixed terminal layout design.
CS: Exclusive customized control board code, dedicated incremental encoder signal processing circuit with fixed pulse receiving specification, different from BF/AM variant in encoder pin definition and internal control parameter preset.

3. Core Electrical Specifications

Main power supply: Three-phase AC 200V~230V, voltage tolerance +10%/-15%, 50Hz/60Hz frequency range; control circuit adopts independent single-phase AC 200~230V power supply input.
Rated continuous output current: 3.0Arms; peak instantaneous overload output current: 8.5Arms for short-time acceleration and deceleration operation.
Working ambient condition: Operating temperature 0℃~55℃, storage temperature -20℃~85℃; working humidity ≤80%RH without dew condensation, forbidden corrosive gas, dense dust and oil mist environment; protection grade IP20 for cabinet internal installation only.
Feedback configuration: Pre-set for fixed-resolution incremental encoder, default compatible with 5000PPR pulse motor encoder per CS version factory setting.

4. Main Control Functions

Three control modes including speed, position and torque control are embedded inside the unit, mode switching is limited by factory preset parameters of CS customization, partial function parameters cannot be modified arbitrarily by general servo debugging software.
Complete multi-protection system equipped: overcurrent protection, overvoltage/undervoltage protection, overheat protection, regenerative circuit failure protection, encoder signal loss protection, CPU operation abnormal shutdown protection to avoid equipment burnout under abnormal running state.
Front panel single 7-segment digital display for real-time running status indication and numerical fault alarm code output to facilitate quick maintenance troubleshooting. Reserved P/N external terminals for dynamic braking resistor connection for high start-stop frequency working condition.

5. Wiring Instruction

R/S/T terminals connect three-phase main AC input power source; U/V/W terminals connect three power lead wires of matched servo motor; PE protective ground terminal must be reliably connected to cabinet earth wire complying with local electrical safety specification.
Control terminal area includes ±10VDC analog command input terminal receiving speed/position instruction from Yasnac CNC controller, digital input pins for servo enable and fault reset signal, dry-contact relay output terminal for external equipment fault alarm feedback; exclusive dedicated circular connector for motor encoder feedback wiring according to CS customized definition standard.

6. Installation & Commissioning Guide

Mount vertically inside electrical control cabinet, reserve sufficient upper and bottom clearance space for natural heat dissipation, avoid installing adjacent to heating components like power transformer or contactor.
Full wiring inspection is required before power-on to eliminate short-circuit or wrong wiring risk; this CS variant keeps factory solidified parameters, no full parameter initialization needed after normal replacement installation. Complete no-load jog test without mechanical load connection first, confirm motor rotation direction and running stability before formal equipment commissioning and production operation.

7. Daily Maintenance & Fault Handling Rules

Cut off total input power and wait more than 10 minutes for internal capacitor residual high voltage full discharge before any disassembly maintenance work. Regularly clean cooling ventilation slot dust and check terminal screw tightness every quarter to prevent poor contact failure caused by loose terminals.
When alarm code appears on digital screen, inspect sequentially input power fluctuation, mechanical motor jamming or overload, loose encoder cable connection and poor cabinet ventilation resulting in overheating; CS customized internal program is fixed and prohibited from unauthorized rewrite or parameter modification.
