Description

1 Product Overview

This is Yaskawa 300W AC servo driver, belonging to CACR-SR series, rated for three-phase AC200V input. The suffix Y114 stands for factory customized version specially used for CNC equipment, matched with corresponding USAM/USAF series servo motors.

2 Basic Specifications

Rated output power is 0.3 kilowatt. Input power range is three-phase alternating current 200V to 230V, applicable for 50Hz and 60Hz power supply. It adopts three closed-loop control modes including speed control, position control and torque control, equipped with incremental encoder feedback interface modified per Y114 custom requirement.
Installation environment must be indoor without corrosive gas, floating oil mist and heavy dust, working ambient temperature from 0℃ to 45℃. The driver needs vertical installation inside control cabinet, keep enough ventilation space top and bottom. Built-in multiple protection functions including over current, over voltage, under voltage, over temperature, regeneration abnormal and main board fault protection.

3 Model Code Explanation

CACR is general series code for Yaskawa alternating current servo amplifier. SR represents basic speed control type with expandable position and torque control function. Number 03 means rated output 300 watts. BB1 refers to hardware version and main power terminal configuration. AM defines control circuit and encoder signal interface standard. Y114 is exclusive custom code for CNC special modification.

4 Wiring Instruction

Main power terminals R, S, T connect three-phase input alternating current. Terminals U, V, W connect three-phase lines of matching servo motor. P and N terminals are reserved for external regenerative braking resistor wiring. Earth terminal needs reliable connection to cabinet protective grounding wire for safety protection.
Control terminal part includes analog speed command signal interface, digital input and output terminals for enable signal, alarm output, forward and reverse limit signals, plus dedicated encoder wiring socket for feedback signal transmission.

5 Operation and Fault Tips

Before power on, check power wiring and grounding connection to avoid wrong phase sequence or short circuit. After power supply, complete parameter setting according to matched motor and application equipment. Once alarm code appears during running, check load stuck condition, power supply fluctuation, motor insulation and wiring looseness in sequence. Cut off power supply before any wiring change or maintenance work.
