7. Replacement Instruction

  1. Only CACR-SR03BB1AF-Y114 supports plug-and-play direct replacement

  2. Ordinary standard CACR-SR03BB1AF or other Y suffix custom version (Y110/Y111/Y114 different code) cannot direct substitute; full CN1 rewiring + complete parameter rewriting required for alternative replacement

8. Basic Operation Guide

  1. Pre-power check: Confirm R/S power wiring, U/V/W motor wiring, CN2 encoder wiring no short/open circuit

  2. Power-on sequence: First switch on CNC control cabinet power, then servo main AC power

  3. Normal status: 7-segment display shows steady standby digit; no alarm code popping up

  4. Shutdown sequence: Cut off servo power first, then CNC host power supply
