Ordinary standard CACR-SR03BB1AF or other Y suffix custom version (Y110/Y111/Y114 different code) cannot direct substitute; full CN1 rewiring + complete parameter rewriting required for alternative replacement
8. Basic Operation Guide
Pre-power check: Confirm R/S power wiring, U/V/W motor wiring, CN2 encoder wiring no short/open circuit
Power-on sequence: First switch on CNC control cabinet power, then servo main AC power
Normal status: 7-segment display shows steady standby digit; no alarm code popping up
Shutdown sequence: Cut off servo power first, then CNC host power supply
