2. Electrical Specifications
The drive accepts single-phase or three-phase AC200V~230V input at 50/60Hz. Continuous rated output current is 3.0A and peak overload current is 8.5A. It matches Yaskawa USAM-03 and USAF-03 300W servo motors fitted with 4000PPR incremental encoders; standard 1500PPR encoder motors are incompatible under factory default settings. Triple closed-loop control including current loop, speed loop and position loop is adopted, differential pulse works as default command input, and partial analog speed input function is disabled via Y110 factory customization.
3. Terminal and Connector Details
Terminals R and S connect to main AC power supply; U, V and W connect to three-phase windings of servo motor. Extra spare terminals are reserved for external dynamic braking resistor installation. CN1 is a 50-pin control connector with exclusive Y110 pin layout for servo enable, ready feedback, fault output and CNC interlock signals, whose pin definition is completely different from standard AD1KR and Y101. CN2 is a 20-pin dedicated encoder port exclusively for 4000PPR encoder connection and does not support 1500PPR encoder wiring.
4. Environmental and Mechanical Parameters
Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to +55℃, storage temperature ranges from -20℃ to +60℃. Working relative humidity shall not exceed 95% without condensation, and maximum installation altitude is limited to 1000 meters above sea level. Protection class is IP20 and the unit must be mounted inside control cabinet only. Net weight is around 3.0kg with natural convection cooling structure.
5. Y110 Exclusive Custom Features
Core parameters such as loop gain and electronic gear ratio are factory write-locked and cannot be modified via front panel buttons, only limited auxiliary parameters are adjustable. I/O logic including enable trigger level and alarm output definition is tailor-made for specific original machine tool and differs from Y101 specification. Jog test function and free command mode switching are restricted by preloaded factory firmware. This amplifier is originally used as feed axis driver for customized Yasnac VS-800 CNC lathes and small vertical machining centers.
6. Protection Functions and Fault Codes
