3. Terminal and Connector Information

Terminals R and S are used for main AC power input; U, V and W connect to three-phase windings of matched servo motor. Extra spare terminals are reserved for external dynamic braking resistor installation. CN1 is a 50-pin control connector with Y110 exclusive customized pinout for servo enable, ready feedback, fault alarm output and CNC interlock signals, whose wiring definition differs entirely from standard AD1KR and Y101 version. CN2 is a 20-pin dedicated encoder connector specially configured for 4000PPR encoder, which cannot connect to cables for 1500PPR standard encoder.

4. Environmental and Mechanical Conditions

Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to +55℃, storage temperature varies between -20℃ and +60℃. Working relative humidity shall not exceed 95% without condensation and maximum permitted installation altitude is 1000 meters above sea level. Protection class is IP20 and installation is limited inside closed electrical cabinet only. Net weight is around 3.0kg with natural convection cooling structure.

5. Unique Customized Characteristics of Y110

All core parameters including loop gain and electronic gear ratio are write-locked at factory and cannot be adjusted via front panel buttons, only a few auxiliary parameters are available for minor modification. I/O logic such as enable trigger level and fault output definition is tailor-made for designated OEM machine tool and inconsistent with Y101 variant. Front panel jog test function and free switching between different command modes are restricted by original factory firmware configuration. This servo amplifier is originally assembled on specific customized Yasnac VS-800 CNC lathes and small machining centers for feed axis driving.

6. Protection Functions and Fault Codes

Complete protection covers overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, continuous overload, overheat and encoder disconnection. Code 1 means overcurrent failure; Code 2 stands for abnormal input power supply; Code A indicates encoder open-circuit; Code F refers to internal overheat protection; Code C represents main control board malfunction. After removing fault causes, cut off input power for more than 30 seconds to complete fault reset before restarting equipment.

7. Replacement Guidance

Only identical CACR-SR03AD1KR-Y110 can achieve direct plug-and-play replacement. Standard non-Y AD1KR or Y101 customized unit cannot substitute directly; full CN1 rewiring and comprehensive parameter reprogramming are compulsory if alternative replacement is needed.
