2. Electrical Specifications
Input power supports single-phase or three-phase AC200V~230V at 50/60Hz. Continuous rated output current is 3.0A and peak overload current reaches 8.5A. Matched servo motors are Yaskawa USAM-03 and USAF-03 300W models equipped with 4000PPR incremental encoders; 1500PPR standard encoder motors cannot work properly under factory preset configuration. The drive adopts triple closed-loop control including current loop, speed loop and position loop, receiving differential pulse position command as default, while partial analog speed command function is disabled via Y101 factory customization.
3. Terminal and Connector Layout
R and S terminals are for main AC power input, U/V/W terminals connect to three-phase motor windings, and spare terminals are reserved for external dynamic braking resistor connection. CN1 is a 50-pin control connector with Y101 exclusive customized pin definition for servo enable, ready output, fault alarm and CNC interlock signals; direct interchange with standard non-Y AD1KR wiring is unavailable. CN2 is a 20-pin encoder connector with special internal circuit matching 4000PPR encoder, incompatible with standard 1500PPR encoder cables.

Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to +55℃, storage temperature ranges from -20℃ to +60℃. Relative working humidity shall not exceed 95% without condensation, maximum installation altitude is limited to 1000 meters above sea level. 5. Customized Features of Y101 Version
All core parameters such as loop gain and electronic gear ratio are factory write-locked and cannot be modified via front panel buttons; only a small set of auxiliary parameters are adjustable. I/O logic including enable level and alarm output definition is tailor-made for original OEM machine configuration. Jog test function and free command mode switching are restricted by factory setting to avoid abnormal motor runaway.
6. Protection Functions and Fault Codes
Built-in overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overheat and encoder disconnection protection. Code 1 refers to overcurrent fault; Code 2 indicates abnormal input voltage; Code A stands for encoder open circuit; Code F means internal overheat protection; Code C represents control board malfunction. After troubleshooting, cut off power supply for at least 30 seconds to complete fault reset before restart.
7. Replacement Instruction
Only identical CACR-SR03AD1KR-Y101 can realize direct plug-and-play replacement. Standard CACR-SR03AD1KR or other Y-suffix customized variants cannot substitute directly; full CN1 rewiring and complete parameter reprogramming are mandatory for alternative replacement.
8. Application Scope
This OEM customized servo amplifier is originally equipped for designated Yasnac VS-800 CNC lathe and small machining center feed axes, and cannot be applied to non-original CNC equipment without professional circuit modification and parameter recalibration.
