GE IS200HSLAH2ADE is a high-speed servo linear amplifier module specifically designed for GE Speedtronic Mark VI series control systems, mainly used for servo control of large power equipment such as gas turbines. This module can drive electro-hydraulic servo valves, collect LVDT position feedback signals, achieve high-precision closed-loop control of actuators, and has the characteristics of high-speed response, anti-interference, and high reliability. It supports redundant operation of the system and is widely used in hydraulic actuator control of key equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, etc. It is the core servo drive component in industrial power control systems.

Description

1、 Core functions

Servo drive: Output ± 10V DC analog signal, with a maximum current of ± 50mA per channel, directly driving the electro-hydraulic servo valve (EHV).

LVDT feedback acquisition: 2.5kHz sine wave excitation, differential input, real-time acquisition of valve core position signal, forming closed-loop control.

Closed loop control: step response<10ms, control accuracy ≤ ± 0.1% FS, suitable for dynamic working conditions such as gas turbine start stop and load sudden changes.

System compatibility: As the core component of the I/O Pack, it supports hot plugging, channel redundancy, online diagnostics, and is compatible with ToolboxST software operation and maintenance.
