4. Terminal and Connector Description
Terminals R and S are for main AC power input, while U, V and W connect to three-phase servo motor windings. 5. Parameter and Operating Features
Key parameters including position loop gain and speed loop gain are write-protected by factory setting and cannot be modified via front panel buttons; only partial auxiliary function parameters are adjustable. Complete wiring inspection and short-circuit check are required before power-on. After energization, the single-digit seven-segment LED on front panel displays standby status if no fault exists. Cut off power for over three minutes to save modified auxiliary parameters after setup completion, and jog mode is available for no-load forward/reverse motor running test.
6. Protection Functions and Fault Codes
Integrated protection functions include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, continuous overload, overheat and encoder disconnection protection. Corresponding fault codes will be displayed once protection triggers:Code 1 for overcurrent fault; Code 2 for abnormal input voltage; Code A for encoder open circuit; Code F for internal overheat; Code C for control board malfunction.
