5. Power-on Operation & Parameter Setting

Check full wiring integrity and no short-circuit condition before power switch-on. After energization, single-digit seven-segment LED on front panel displays standby status normally if no fault occurs.
All internal Cn group parameters are pre-programmed at factory for target Yasnac VS-800 machine due to Y custom marking; parameter modification is restricted for maintenance technician only, arbitrary parameter change leads to overload, runaway or servo lock fault. After parameter adjustment, cut off power for minimum 3 minutes to complete data storage inside drive memory chip.

Code F: Overheat protection, clean heatsink dust and check internal cooling fan stall;
Code C: Control board abnormal fault, need internal PCB circuit inspection.
Fault reset procedure: Cut off input power for over 30 seconds after fault elimination before restarting the unit.

7. Maintenance & Replacement Note

Periodic maintenance every 3 months: clean heatsink dust, tighten all terminal screws, check cooling fan rotation condition to avoid overheat shutdown. Important safety rule: residual high voltage remains in internal main circuit capacitor after power-off, wait minimum 10 minutes before disassembling drive housing for internal inspection or repair work.
This Y-suffix customized CACR-SR01AY1SR cannot be directly replaced by standard non-Y CACR-SR01A1SR model, different preset firmware and CN1 pin definition will cause CNC communication failure and abnormal axis movement; replacement requires same Y custom version only.
