CN1 is 50-pin I/O control connector for CNC command pulse input, servo enable signal, fault alarm output, ready status feedback and auxiliary control signals; CN2 is dedicated 20-pin encoder connector connecting servo motor incremental encoder wiring for position feedback signal transmission.

4. POWER-ON OPERATION AND PARAMETER SETTING PROCEDURE
Complete power wiring and motor wiring inspection before switching on main power supply, check short circuit between power terminals and insulation status of motor cables. After energizing the unit, the single-digit seven-segment LED indicator on front panel lights up to display normal standby code; confirm no fault alarm code appears before proceeding servo jog test.
User adjustable internal constants (Cn parameters) are set via front panel operation buttons, all default factory parameters are preset for matching USAM/USAF-01 100W standard servo motor and Yasnac VS-800 CNC system. Parameter modification is only permitted by professional maintenance personnel; improper parameter setting will lead to overtravel, overload or servo locking fault. After finishing parameter adjustment, cut off power for three minutes to complete parameter memory saving inside drive storage chip.
Jog operation mode is used for motor no-load rotation test, switch to jog mode via panel setting to control forward and reverse low-speed rotation of servo motor, verify motor running smoothness and no abnormal vibration or noise.
5. PROTECTION FUNCTION AND FAULT CODE EXPLANATION
Built-in full-range protection functions include overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, continuous overload protection, overheat protection and encoder disconnection protection; once any abnormal status triggers protection, servo output will cut off immediately and corresponding fault code shows on front LED display.
Common fault codes and troubleshooting: Code 1 stands for overcurrent fault, check motor winding short circuit, power module breakdown or wiring wrong connection; Code 2 means overvoltage/undervoltage, inspect input power fluctuation and external power supply stability; Code A indicates encoder break error, verify CN2 encoder cable breakage or loose terminal contact; Code F represents overheat alarm, check internal cooling fan operation and heat sink dust accumulation status; Code C refers to control circuit abnormal fault, need inspection of internal control PCB and power auxiliary circuit. After fault removal, cut off drive power supply for 30 seconds to complete fault reset before restarting operation.
6. DAILY MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY PRECAUTION
Regular maintenance items include cleaning heat sink surface dust and checking terminal screw fastening condition every three months; inspect cooling fan rotation status periodically to prevent overheat shutdown caused by fan stall. Strictly prohibit live wiring and disassemble drive internal circuit without professional certification; the internal main circuit capacitor retains residual high voltage after power-off, wait at least 10 minutes before opening housing cover for internal inspection or repair work.
Do not replace this servo unit with CACR-SR model carrying Y suffix customized version directly because Y-type variant has modified internal firmware and parameter preset for special machine configuration, non-Y standard AE model cannot match OEM customized CNC wiring and control logic normally.
