Model suffix definition

• AB: Default ±10VDC analog speed command type (factory priority speed control, pulse position optional via parameter)

• 1ER: OEM customized hardware + fixed encoder specification (1500P/R incremental encoder matching USAREM series 100W servo motor)

• Y1: Special OEM custom variant, factory pre-locked fixed parameters & customized IO signal definition exclusive for designated original CNC machine; different from standard CACR-SR01AB1ER parameter setting

  Production status: Discontinued original production; only tested used/refurbished spare parts available, standard model cannot substitute directly

  Mounting: Plug-in backplane rack installation (special system baseboard, not DIN rail/wall mounting)

  Connectors:

3. Control Mode & Protection

1. Primary control mode: ±10VDC analog velocity control (factory default for AB type); position control available by modifying internal Pn/Fn parameters

2. Full digital closed-loop control, adjustable acceleration/deceleration time via built-in parameters; stable low-speed running & high positioning accuracy

3. Full safety protection: Overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, encoder loss, overheat protection; drive cuts power output automatically with fault alarm code on 7-segment display when abnormal

4. Main Power Terminal Definition

• R/S/T: Main AC power input terminals

• U/V/W: Three-phase output to servo motor

• P/B: External dynamic braking resistor connection terminals

5. Critical Y1 Customized Note

1. Y1 = machine-specific fixed parameter version, factory locked original equipment parameters; replacing with ordinary non-Y1 model triggers abnormal operation or continuous alarm

2. Replacement requirement: Must use same suffix -Y1 spare drive; if non-Y1 model is forced installed, full parameter rewrite matching original host CNC is mandatory
