3. Control & Protection Functions
Two standard control modes: ±10VDC analog speed control and pulse command position control. Full digital closed-loop control ensures smooth low-speed running and high positioning accuracy, acceleration and deceleration values adjustable by built-in parameters.Integrated full-range safety protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, motor overload, encoder disconnection and overheat protection. Drive cuts off power output automatically once fault alarm triggers to protect driver and matched servo motor.
4. Terminal Brief Definition
R/S/T terminals for main AC power input; U/V/W terminals for three-phase power output connecting to servo motor; P/B reserved terminals for external dynamic braking resistor connection. CN1 contains servo enable, fault reset, analog instruction input and alarm output signals; CN2 is dedicated for motor A/B/Z phase encoder feedback wiring.
5. Y314 Customized Remark
Y314 stands for special tailor-made version for specific equipment, factory pre-locked fixed parameter settings different from standard CACR-SR01AA2AH model. When replacing damaged unit, universal standard model cannot be directly substituted; original equipment parameter matching is required after replacement.
6. Application & Supply Status
Mainly used as maintenance spare part for old CNC feed axes, vintage printing, textile and imported non-standard automation equipment. No brand-new original factory inventory. Refurbished products normally come with 6~12 months warranty; warranty period of tested second-hand units follows supplier negotiation. Corresponding 100W servo motor, encoder cables and rack base can be supplied together on request.
