CACR-PRA5AD4NR is a discontinued Yaskawa R-series servo drive with rated power of 50W and single-phase 100V AC power supply. Original production has been terminated. Available products on the market are mainly used dismantled parts and refurbished units for maintenance replacement of old automation equipment. It adopts rack plug-in installation and must be mounted on dedicated baseboard instead of DIN rail or wall mounting.

Input voltage ranges from 90VAC to 110VAC at 50/60Hz. The drive is designed to match 50W Yaskawa R-series servo motors with rated output current of 5A. It supports two control modes: pulse-based position control and analog speed control, compatible with incremental encoders for closed-loop operation. Working ambient temperature is 0~50℃ with IP20 protection rating, exclusively for cabinet installation away from dust and moisture.

Adopting full digital control technology, the unit delivers stable low-speed performance and high positioning accuracy via pulse commands from upper controllers. Built-in multi-protection functions cut off operation automatically under over-current, over-voltage, overload, encoder disconnection and overheat conditions to prevent component damage. Modular rack structure enables dense layout of multiple drives on one baseboard to save cabinet space. Featuring robust Japanese industrial design, it provides long service life for legacy equipment.

Widely used as replacement spare parts for old imported equipment, including feed axes of vintage small CNC machine tools, precision moving modules of electronic non-standard automation equipment, transmission units of early semiconductor equipment, compact printing and textile traction machinery, as well as legacy medical automated devices.

No brand-new original factory stock is available due to production stop. Stock comes from dismantled original modules and professionally refurbished products. Refurbished items normally carry a 6 to 12-month warranty, while warranty terms for used tested parts are negotiable with suppliers. Matching servo motors, encoder cables and installation rack bases can be purchased together upon request.
