7. Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Cut off upstream three-phase main power and keep power off more than 20 minutes to fully discharge residual charge of internal high-voltage capacitors before disassembly or replacement for preventing electric shock and power semiconductor damage. Tighten all power terminal screws completely after installation to avoid contact overheating induced by long-running vibration. During regular maintenance, remove dust on heat sink, fan and circuit board with low-pressure dry compressed air and prohibit high-pressure airflow directly impacting thyristor chips and precision small components. Replace the whole module directly upon persistent output drift or repeated fuse blowing instead of on-site discrete component repair. Store unused spare modules in constant-temperature dry warehouse away from corrosive gas and violent mechanical collision.
