Description
Product Introduction
CACR-PR15BCAF belongs to Yaskawa old generation M series rack type servo driver with rated power 1.5 kilowatt, designed for three-phase AC 200 to 230 volt power supply. It supports position, speed and torque three kinds of closed loop control modes and matches corresponding incremental encoder servo motors of USAEMD and USAFED series. The device is cabinet inner installation structure with protection grade IP20, only for indoor use.
Basic Environmental Specifications
Working ambient temperature ranges from zero degree Celsius to forty degree Celsius, storage temperature is minus twenty degree to sixty-five degree Celsius. Operating relative humidity keeps between five percent and ninety percent without condensation. Applicable installation altitude is within one thousand meters above sea level; power derating is needed when used above this height.
Main Terminal Wiring Description
R, S, T terminals are three-phase alternating current input for main power source. U, V, W terminals connect to three-phase power wiring of servo motor. Positive and negative terminals are used for external regeneration resistance connection. PE terminal must connect to protective grounding reliably.
Control Connector Definition
CN1 serves as encoder connector, responsible for connecting motor incremental encoder wiring including A phase, B phase, Z phase and 5 volt encoder power supply circuit. CN2 is universal input and output signal port, receiving external pulse position command, servo enable signal, fault reset signal, analog speed or torque input, meanwhile output equipment abnormal alarm signal. CN3 is communication interface supporting RS232 and RS485 communication, which can link with upper computer and SigmaWin debugging software to modify and read driver internal parameters.
Installation and Usage Notes
Power cables and control signal cables should be laid separately to avoid electromagnetic interference. Confirm wiring correctness before power on, check grounding connection status and resistance wiring specification. After power supply, complete parameter matching according to matched motor model before trial running. When alarm occurs, check fault code first to judge wiring, load or parameter setting problems.
