7. Installation Guidelines
Install the motor on a rigid and flat mounting base to avoid resonance and mechanical deformation.
Keep precise coaxial alignment between motor shaft and load shaft to reduce vibration and premature bearing wear.
Use dedicated shielded power cable and encoder cable; separate power wiring and signal wiring to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Reserve proper surrounding space for natural heat dissipation; do not cover or block the motor shell.
Avoid strong impact, dropping and extrusion during handling and installation, so as not to damage internal encoder and sealing structure.
Do not damage the shaft sealing ring and shell sealing part during installation, otherwise IP67 protection performance will be affected.
8. Maintenance Instructions
Regularly inspect motor running status including abnormal noise, vibration and temperature rise.
Keep motor surface clean, wipe away coolant, metal dust and oil contamination periodically.
Built-in sealed bearings adopt lifetime lubrication, no regular refueling maintenance required under normal working conditions.
Regularly check encoder cable integrity and connector fastening condition.
Avoid long-term overload operation and frequent forward and reverse start-stop beyond rated range.
Inspect the sealing condition of motor shell and shaft regularly to ensure IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance.
9. Safety Precautions
Cut off all 200–240V power supply before installation, wiring and maintenance. Wait at least 15 minutes for internal capacitor discharge to prevent electric shock hazard.
Do not touch rotating shaft and moving parts during motor running state.
This model has no holding brake; it is forbidden to be used for vertical axis or suspended load with falling risk without additional mechanical locking device.
Do not disassemble the motor and encoder privately; unauthorized disassembly will damage the sealing structure, void warranty and affect IP67 protection level.
Do not use the motor in conductive dust, heavy condensation and strong corrosive environment without additional protective measures.
10. Troubleshooting
Motor fails to start: Check 3-phase power supply, wiring tightness, servo amplifier alarm code and servo enable signal.
Abnormal noise and vibration: Check mounting rigidity, coupling alignment, bearing aging and mechanical load jamming.
Motor overheating: Inspect long-term overload, excessive ambient temperature and poor ventilation.
Positioning deviation out of tolerance: Check encoder cable damage, loose connector, servo parameter mismatch and mechanical transmission backlash.
Unstable speed: Verify power supply voltage fluctuation, sudden load change and encoder signal interference.
Water ingress or dust entering: Check shell and shaft sealing damage, reinstall or replace sealing parts in time.
