RELIANCE 80314-00 original auxiliary power supply circuit board
80314-00 is the original auxiliary power supply circuit board for Reliance FlexPak3000 series DC drive, belonging to 803 series plug-in PCB spare parts and has been discontinued by the original factory. Made of flame retardant industrial substrate and screened power electronic components, it serves as the internal auxiliary power source of the whole drive unit, converting input alternating current into multi-channel stable DC power for main control board, signal sampling circuit and fault detection circuit power supply, widely used for replacement maintenance of old metallurgy, papermaking and extrusion DC speed regulating equipment.
Description
1. Product Brief Introduction
2. Model Definition
803 stands for fixed product family code of FlexPak3000 series drive plug-in board;14 represents internal circuit design code dedicated to multi-output auxiliary power topology;00 means original standard hardware version without factory customized modification or revised suffix.
3. Technical Specifications
Primary input power is taken from drive internal auxiliary transformer AC winding. Continuous operating ambient temperature ranges from -20℃ to +50℃, instantaneous peak allowable temperature not exceeding 65℃. Operating humidity ranges from 5% to 95% without condensation. Equipped with input fuse, overvoltage absorption and short-circuit protection circuit for each DC output channel. Overall dimension is about 262mm×155mm×38mm, net weight around 1.32kg, finished high-low temperature aging and anti-vibration test before factory delivery.
4. Interface and Communication Configuration
Equipped with gold finger connector for inserting into drive backplane bus to obtain input AC power and complete internal fixed-position installation. Multiple groups of pin terminals on board provide multi-group DC power output wiring for main control board and peripheral small-signal modules. No external communication bus interface is reserved on this power board, it only realizes power transmission without data interaction function.
5. Core Functions
Receive low-voltage alternating current from drive built-in transformer, realize rectification, filtering and voltage stabilization to generate multiple sets of regulated DC power for main control PCB, current sampling loop and fault alarm circuit. Automatically cut off corresponding output power and lock output when encountering overcurrent, short-circuit or input overvoltage fault to avoid subsequent control board burnout. Built-in test point terminals for on-site multimeter detection of each channel output voltage during troubleshooting.
6. Application Scenarios
Specially matched with Reliance FlexPak3000 series single-quadrant and four-quadrant DC speed regulators, installed inside drive cabinet of rolling mill auxiliary drive, paper machine winding and unwinding equipment, plastic extruder main shaft and wire drawing machine DC control cabinet, only suitable for indoor closed electrical cabinet installation environment.
7. Operation and Maintenance Instructions
Cut off main AC power of the whole drive and wait more than 10 minutes for capacitor residual electricity discharge before disassembly replacement to prevent electric shock and component damage. Keep gold finger fully inserted into backplane slot and fix positioning screws tightly during installation. Regular maintenance uses dry low-pressure compressed air to clean dust on PCB surface, avoid high-pressure air blast impacting small patch components and electrolytic capacitors. Directly replace the whole power board when continuous output undervoltage, frequent fuse blow or internal circuit breakdown occurs, on-site partial component maintenance is not recommended. Store unused spare modules in dry constant-temperature storage space away from corrosive gas and physical collision.
