7. Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Cut off total input power of matched drive completely before disassembly or replacement operation, wait more than 5 minutes for internal capacitor residual power discharge to avoid electric shock or component burnout. Install module by aligning flat cable plug with mainboard socket and lock panel fixing screws tightly to prevent loose contact caused by equipment vibration. Avoid liquid splashing and conductive dust accumulation on keypad and display surface during daily operation. In regular maintenance cycle, power off the drive and wipe panel surface with dry soft cloth, prohibit compressed air direct blowing toward internal display screen to prevent screen damage. When screen blackout, key failure or abnormal communication occurs, replace the whole module directly; disassembly and repair of internal discrete components is not recommended. Unused spare modules shall be sealed and stored in dry constant-temperature warehouse away from corrosive gas and sharp mechanical collision.
