CIMR-HB4A0015FBA belongs to Yaskawa H1000 high-performance heavy-duty vector inverter series, specially developed for heavy-load industrial equipment such as hoisting machinery, extruders and heavy conveyors. It features strong low-speed torque performance and excellent overload resistance for harsh operating conditions.

CIMR is the fixed prefix of Yaskawa AC drive; HB stands for H1000 heavy-duty series; digit 4 refers to three-phase 380V~480V input voltage grade; 0015 is the current rating code; F represents NEMA Type1 cabinet installation structure with IP20 protection; BA refers to standard ambient configuration specification.

Rated under HD heavy-duty condition: matched motor power 3.7kW, rated output current 14.8A with 150% overload capacity lasting for 60 seconds. Under ND normal-duty application, it supports 5.5kW motor with 120% overload for 60 seconds. Input power is three-phase AC 380V~480V, 50/60Hz; output voltage ranges from 0V to 480V and maximum adjustable output frequency reaches 400Hz. The unit comes with built-in braking transistor to connect external braking resistor for rapid deceleration control. It adopts open-loop and closed-loop flux vector control algorithm, capable of producing 150% rated torque at low speed and drives both induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Complete protective functions cover overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, input phase loss and output ground fault protection.

Standard MEMOBUS Modbus-RTU communication interface is equipped on the main control board; optional expansion cards support Profibus, CC-Link and DeviceNet fieldbus connection. It integrates STO safety shutdown function complying with international safety standards, automatic motor parameter auto-tuning, stall prevention and speed search functions to guarantee stable running under fluctuating heavy cutting or lifting loads.

Protection rating is IP20, only suitable for indoor cabinet installation with internal forced air cooling fan. Working ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to 50℃, relative humidity 20%~80% without condensation, applicable installation altitude below 1000 meters.

Mainly used for crane hoist system, plastic extruder, injection molding machine, heavy-duty conveyor, water pump and fan, as well as main spindle drive of heavy-duty machine tools and metallurgical processing equipment.
