5. Key Features
High voltage 400V class design reduces working current, supports long-distance wiring with low voltage drop and saves cable cost.
Medium inertia rotor balances dynamic response and running stability, suitable for medium-load and high-precision positioning applications.
Built-in βiA 128K high-resolution encoder realizes high-precision position and speed closed-loop control.
IP65 dustproof and splashproof protection adapts to workshop dust, metal chips, oil mist and coolant environment.
Straight shaft with keyway design is convenient for coupling installation and ensures stable torque transmission.
Brushless motor structure with low noise, no carbon brush wear, long service life and maintenance-free under normal use.
Fanless natural cooling reduces failure rate, lowers running noise and improves equipment reliability.
6. Application Scope
400V level CNC machine tools, lathes, milling machines, machining center feed axes
High voltage industrial automation production line medium-load positioning and transmission mechanism
Packaging, printing, textile and general industrial machinery
Servo system with long-distance wiring requirement and low current loss
High-precision positioning equipment requiring stable torque output
7. Installation Guidelines
Mount the motor on a rigid, flat and non-deformable base to avoid resonance and mechanical stress.
Keep precise coaxial alignment between motor shaft and load shaft to reduce vibration, noise and bearing wear.
Use dedicated shielded high-voltage power cable and encoder cable; separate power and signal wiring to avoid electromagnetic interference.
Reserve enough space around the motor for natural heat dissipation; do not block the motor housing cooling area.
Avoid heavy impact, dropping and extrusion on motor body and encoder cover during handling and installation.
8. Maintenance Instructions
Regularly check abnormal noise, vibration and temperature rise during motor operation.
Keep motor surface clean, remove dust, metal chips and oil stains periodically.
Sealed bearings adopt lifetime lubrication, no regular greasing required under normal working conditions.
Inspect encoder cable integrity and connector tightness regularly.
Prohibit long-term overload operation and frequent start-stop beyond rated range.
9. Safety Precautions
Cut off 380–400V high voltage power before installation, wiring and maintenance. Wait at least 15 minutes for capacitor discharge to prevent electric shock.
Do not touch rotating shaft and moving parts when the motor is running.
Do not disassemble motor and encoder privately; unauthorized disassembly will void warranty and damage precision assembly.
Do not use in environment with conductive dust, heavy condensation and chemical corrosion without special protection.
10. Troubleshooting
Motor fails to start: Check 3-phase 400V power supply, wiring, servo amplifier alarm and enable signal.
Abnormal noise and vibration: Check mounting rigidity, coupling alignment, bearing aging and mechanical load jamming.
Motor overheating: Check overload, over ambient temperature and poor ventilation.
Positioning deviation: Check encoder cable damage, loose connector, servo parameter mismatch and mechanical backlash.
Unstable speed: Check power voltage fluctuation, sudden load change and encoder signal interference.
