2. Model Code Definition
SGMSH represents Sigma-II medium inertia servo series; 15 stands for 1.5kW rated power; the first A means 200V voltage grade; C refers to 17-bit incremental serial encoder; the second A indicates solid keyed shaft without holding brake; TV11 is exclusive customized cable outlet specification for special equipment, different from standard general wiring types.
3. Electrical Parameters
Continuous rated output power is 1500W, and instantaneous peak overload torque can reach 300% of rated torque. Fitted with incremental encoder, the motor needs homing after each power-up. Insulation class is Class F, which passes AC1500V one-minute withstand voltage test, and insulation resistance exceeds 10MΩ under DC500V testing condition.
4. Mechanical and Environmental Specifications
It supports horizontal and vertical flange installation. Solid shaft with built-in oil seal prevents dust and fluid from entering the motor interior. It works with natural air cooling without auxiliary fan, protection grade IP67 except shaft extension. Vibration grade V15 is suitable for high-precision positioning. Working temperature ranges from 0℃ to 40℃, relative humidity 20%~80% non-condensing, and applicable altitude is below 1000 meters.

Matched servo driver is SGDH-15AE. It is widely applied to UIC SMT equipment maintenance, PCB processing machines, automatic assembly lines and various precision automation equipment retrofitting.
