SGMSH-15ACA-TV11 is a medium inertia AC servo motor of Yaskawa Sigma-II series with rated power of 1.5kW and three-phase 200V power supply at rated speed 3000rpm. It is a custom version specially for UIC SMT mounter, widely used as spare part replacement for old placement equipment and automation line modification. Featuring superior torque-inertia ratio and strong overload performance, this motor adopts fully enclosed natural air cooling design with factory pre-installed shaft oil seal to block dust and cutting liquid.

It is a custom version specially for UIC SMT mounter, widely used as spare part replacement for old placement equipment and automation line modification. 2. Model Code Definition
SGMSH stands for Sigma-II medium inertia servo motor series; 15 means 1.5kW rated power; the first A represents 200V voltage grade; C refers to 17-bit incremental serial encoder; the second A indicates solid keyed shaft without electromagnetic brake; TV11 is special customized wiring outlet specification exclusive for UIC equipment, different from standard common wiring types.
3. Electrical Parameters
Continuous rated output power is 1500W, instantaneous peak overload torque can reach 300% of rated torque. It is equipped with incremental encoder which needs homing operation after power on. Insulation class is Class F, it passes AC1500V one-minute withstand voltage test, and insulation resistance is over 10MΩ under DC500V test condition.
4. Mechanical and Environmental Specifications
It supports horizontal and vertical universal flange installation. Solid output shaft with built-in oil seal effectively blocks dust and liquid intrusion. Cooling mode is natural air cooling without extra cooling fan, protection grade IP67 excluding shaft extension end. Vibration grade V15 fits precision positioning occasions. Working ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to 40℃, relative humidity 20%~80% without condensation, applicable altitude below 1000 meters.

Matched servo driver model is SGDH-15AE. Main applications include UIC SMT equipment maintenance replacement, PCB processing equipment, automatic assembly production lines and various precision automated machinery renovation.
