5. Key Features

  1. High voltage 400V class design reduces operating current, enables thinner wiring and lower voltage drop for long-distance installation.

  2. Medium inertia rotor provides fast dynamic response, stable speed performance and excellent adaptability for high-speed light-load applications.

  3. Equipped with βiA 128K high-resolution incremental encoder to achieve precise position and speed closed-loop control.

  4. IP65 protection grade, dustproof and splashproof, suitable for factory metal dust, oil mist and coolant splash environment.

  5. Straight shaft with keyway structure facilitates convenient coupling installation and reliable torque transmission.

  6. Brushless motor design features low running noise, no carbon brush wear, long service life and maintenance-free under normal working conditions.

  7. Fanless natural air cooling structure reduces failure points, lowers operation noise and improves overall reliability.

6. Application Scope

  • 400V grade CNC machine tools, lathes, milling machines and machining center light-load feed axes

  • High-speed positioning mechanism of industrial automated production lines with high voltage power supply

  • Packaging machinery, printing machinery and electronic automation equipment

  • Servo systems requiring long-distance wiring and low current loss

  • Horizontal installation axes and non-suspended load equipment without anti-fall requirement

7. Installation Guidelines

  1. Install the motor on a rigid, flat and non-deformable mounting base to avoid resonance and mechanical stress deformation.

  2. Maintain precise coaxial alignment between motor shaft and load shaft to reduce vibration, noise and premature bearing wear.

  3. Use dedicated shielded high-voltage servo power cable and encoder cable; separate power wiring and signal wiring to reduce electromagnetic interference.

  4. Reserve sufficient surrounding space for natural heat dissipation; do not cover or block the motor housing heat dissipation area.

  5. Avoid strong impact, dropping and extrusion on motor body and encoder rear cover during handling and installation.

8. Maintenance Instructions

  1. Regularly inspect motor running status including abnormal noise, vibration and temperature rise.

  2. Keep motor surface clean, remove dust, metal chips and oil contamination periodically.

  3. Built-in sealed bearings adopt lifetime lubrication, no regular refueling maintenance required under normal working conditions.

  4. Inspect encoder cable integrity, connector fastening and aging status at regular intervals.

  5. Avoid long-term overload operation and frequent forward and reverse start-stop beyond allowable load range.

9. Safety Precautions

  1. Cut off all 380–400V high voltage power supply before installation, wiring and maintenance. Wait at least 15 minutes for internal capacitor discharge to prevent electric shock hazard.

  2. Do not touch rotating shaft and moving parts during motor running state.

  3. This model is not equipped with holding brake; it is prohibited to use for vertical axis or suspended load with falling risk without additional mechanical locking device.

  4. Do not disassemble motor and encoder privately; unauthorized disassembly will void warranty and damage assembly precision.

  5. Do not use the motor in environment with conductive dust, heavy moisture condensation and chemical corrosion without special protection.

10. Troubleshooting

  • Motor fails to start: Check 3-phase 400V power supply, wiring tightness, servo amplifier alarm code and servo enable signal.

  • Abnormal noise and vibration: Check mounting rigidity, coupling alignment, bearing aging and mechanical load jamming.

  • Motor overheating: Inspect long-term overload, ambient temperature over limit and poor ventilation.

  • Positioning deviation out of tolerance: Check encoder cable breakage, loose connector, servo parameter mismatch and mechanical transmission backlash.

  • Unstable speed: Verify power supply voltage fluctuation, sudden load change and encoder signal interference.
