Complete quarterly maintenance by cleaning dust on module surface, gold-finger contacts and bus connection terminals with dry soft brush, check tightness of all wiring and cooling pipeline regularly. When system reports power loop failure or drive fault alarm, inspect external control cable and cooling system first before module replacement. Unauthorized disassembly of internal power components and arbitrary circuit modification are strictly prohibited; replace with complete new module after permanent hardware damage is verified via professional inspection.
