Installed inside INU power unit cabinet, it distributes converted DC and auxiliary AC power from cabinet main power source to each internal control board, drive board and signal sampling module, meanwhile monitoring branch power abnormal status for system protection interlock.

3BHB is unified fixed part prefix of ABB medium voltage converter power distribution and auxiliary control PCB series.

3.Technical Specifications

Input rated auxiliary power includes single-phase AC220V and DC24V dual power input, overall typical power consumption is about 7.2W. 7.Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Disconnect cabinet total AC auxiliary power and DC24V control power before disassembly or replacement, wait more than 30 minutes for complete residual voltage discharge of internal capacitance components. Install the board into standard cabinet slot and fasten fixing screws evenly, finish power wiring strictly following official terminal definition to prevent wrong connection and short-circuit damage. Perform routine maintenance every six months, clear dust on PCB and terminals with dry soft brush and forbid liquid cleaning solvent touching electronic parts. Replace the complete board directly after troubleshooting peripheral wiring faults if frequent branch power drop-out or persistent output failure appears, unauthorized disassembly and internal circuit modification are strictly prohibited.
