Detachable LCD OIM mounted on front panel supports onsite parameter configuration, real-time operation data viewing and manual jog control, and remote operation panel extension via exclusive connecting cable. Main power terminal area includes R/S/T three-phase power input terminals and U/V/W motor output terminals. Independent control terminal block is equipped with 6-channel digital input, 2-channel analog input supporting 0~10VDC and 4~20mA signals as well as 2-channel relay output for running state and fault feedback. Standard onboard RS485 interface supports Modbus RTU protocol for centralized PLC networking control, and optional DeviceNet expansion card can be added for fieldbus communication access.
Core Functions
Two control modes including V/F open-loop control and sensorless vector control are available, together with automatic motor parameter identification function for fast motor matching. Built-in closed-loop PID algorithm realizes constant pressure and constant flow regulation which fits fan and pump application requirements, and multiple groups of preset multi-speed parameters can be set for step speed operation. Various stop options such as ramp stop, S-curve deceleration, DC injection braking and free coast stop are configurable to satisfy different load characteristics. Comprehensive protection functions cover overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, heatsink overheat, input phase loss, output short-circuit and motor overload; historical fault codes are stored for troubleshooting and automatic restart is supported after transient power fluctuation recovery.
Application Scenarios
This drive is mainly applied to medium-power industrial loads such as large industrial circulating water pumps, factory ventilation fans, medium-duty production line conveyors, chemical auxiliary transmission equipment and cement packaging machinery. It is widely used as replacement spare for maintenance and renovation of outdated automation equipment in water treatment, building ventilation, chemical and metallurgy auxiliary industries.
Operation and Maintenance Instructions
Cut off three-phase main power supply and wait no less than 30 minutes for full discharge of internal DC bus capacitors before cabinet opening, wiring modification or component inspection. Complete quarterly maintenance by cleaning accumulated dust on heatsink and internal circuits with dry low-pressure compressed air and retighten all power and control terminal screws to avoid overheating from poor contact. If frequent overload protection occurs without actual motor winding damage, verify motor nameplate parameter setting and field load condition before drive replacement. Select matched external braking resistor strictly following factory specification when configuring dynamic braking function and avoid wrong high voltage connection to low voltage control terminals to prevent internal circuit burnout.
