Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Cut off three-phase main power supply and wait no less than 30 minutes for internal DC bus capacitor full discharge before opening cabinet cover, wiring modification or component inspection. Quarterly maintenance needs to blow dust accumulated on radiator and internal circuit with dry low-pressure compressed air, retighten all power and control terminal screws to avoid poor contact causing overheating damage. When frequent overload protection occurs without motor winding damage, recheck motor nameplate parameter setting and actual field load status. Select external braking resistor strictly according to factory specification when configuring braking function, forbid wrong high voltage access to low voltage control terminals to prevent internal circuit burnout.
