Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Disconnect total cabinet power supply and wait more than 20 minutes for residual electric charge release before board pulling-out or wiring adjustment. Conduct semi-annual maintenance to clear accumulated dust on circuit surface with dry low-pressure compressed air and check terminal screw tightness. When drive appears abnormal output voltage fluctuation or SCR trigger fault alarm without power module damage, test pulse output of this driver board preferentially before replacement. Avoid accidental overvoltage access to input terminals to prevent internal semiconductor components burnout.
