Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Cut off rack total power before installation and check pin integrity and circuit board without component falling off or circuit corrosion, insert module into designated vacant slot of AutoMax rack and lock front panel fixing buckle tightly to avoid poor contact caused by vibration during operation. Finish module network address configuration and communication protocol parameter setting through front RS232 debugging port before power-on operation, conduct short-time no-load test to verify normal data interaction between module, rack processor and upper network equipment. Implement regular offline maintenance at fixed cycle, remove accumulated dust of module surface and ventilation gap with dry air blowing under power-off state. Forbid hot plugging and unplugging module under rack electrified condition to prevent backplane circuit short-circuit burnout.
