TK-IOLI01

Product Introduction TK-IOLI01 is an I/O Link remote link interface card (IOLIM) compatible with the C200 controller, used to achieve the connection of the main control and the remote local I/O substation bus, expanding the local I/O mounting capacity of the controller. Each card can support 8 groups of remote I/O sub-racks, and is compatible with the C200 A series rack base.

Description

Model Explanation

TK = C200 Controller Accessories Series; IOLI = I/O Link Interface; 01 = Hardware Version Number Technical Specifications

The back panel is powered by 24VDC, with a power consumption of approximately 5W; the operating temperature range is -40℃ to +70℃, and the humidity range is 5% to 95% without condensation; the I/O Link bus communication rate is fixed; the maximum expansion of a single module is 8 I/O sub-units; the channel is electrically isolated at 1500VAC, and it is certified by CE/UL for industrial use.

Interface and Communication Configuration

The panel is equipped with RUN/FAULT link indicator lights; the rear side has gold finger connectors for connecting the rack IOTA base; the side edge has dedicated terminals for extending the I/O Link bus, using shielded twisted pair to connect to remote I/O; optional firmware is compatible with the Modbus-RTU slave protocol. Core function

The main control communicates with the remote distributed I/O data for data transfer; hardware diagnostic alarms for bus disconnection and short circuit; remote I/O failures do not affect the main control and other sub-stations; supports hot plugging of modules, and automatically establishes link communication after replacement. Applicable scenarios

Chemical and power plant equipment remote decentralized I/O expansion cabinets, on-site remote signal acquisition stations in workshops.

Operation and maintenance instructions

The I/O Link bus uses twisted-pair shielded cables throughout, with single-point grounding on the cabinet side; the bus wiring avoids power cables and the terminal connections are tightened annually.
