TK-PRS021

Product Introduction TK-PRS021 is the main processor module of Honeywell C200 controller, the core of PKS system operation. It executes control logic, PID calculations, and I/O data scheduling. It can operate independently or be redundantly paired, and is compatible with C-series rack-mounted systems and the IOTA baseplate.

Description

Model Explanation

TK = C200 Controller Series; PRS = Processor; 021 = Hardware Version Technical Specifications

The back panel is powered by 24VDC, and the overall power consumption is approximately 7W; it has built-in FLASH + RAM storage; the minimum scanning cycle is 1ms; the working environment is -20℃ to +60℃, with humidity ranging from 5% to 95% without condensation; it is UL/CE certified.

Interface and communication configuration

Front panel: power supply, operation, fault, and redundant status indicator lights; the back panel gold fingers are plugged into the IOTA base, and are connected to the local bus with the rack I/O; the base integrates FTE network ports and ControlNet interfaces, respectively connecting to the upper-level monitoring network and the remote CIOM rack. Core function

System-wide control algorithm, interlock logic, sequential control program operation; unified management of local and remote I/O data; when redundant configuration is adopted, it cooperates with redundant modules to achieve seamless switching between primary and backup without interruption; hardware self-diagnosis, fault information uploaded to HMI; supports hot swapping during power-on, and the spare parts automatically synchronize with the engineering configuration upon power-on. Applicable scenarios

Medium and small-sized chemical plants, water treatment, power plant auxiliary control DCS main control cabinets.

Operation and maintenance instructions

Redundant configuration requires redundant synchronization accessories; programs are downloaded through Control Builder; the cabinets maintain constant temperature and dust-proof conditions, and the base terminal connections should be tightened regularly.
