TC-ODK161 | 16-channel AC Isolated Digital Output Card (Series C CIOM)

Product Introduction TC-ODK161 is a 16-channel AC solid-state relay type DO output card of the HONEYWELL C series. It is equipped with an FTA terminal base to output AC 120V/220V digital signals, capable of driving on-site solenoid valves, contactors, and indicator lights, and is compatible with C200/C300 local / remote CIOM racks.

Description

Model Interpretation

TC = Series Card; OD = Digital Output; K = AC Type; 16 = 16 Channels, 1 = Version. Technical Specifications

Channel: 16 independent isolated AC outputs, solid-state SSR without contacts;

Rated output: 120VAC (47~63Hz), maximum load per channel 2A, total load of the entire card ≤ 16A;

Channel isolation: 1500VAC voltage isolation between channels and the backplane;

Single channel leakage current ≤ 5mA, on-state drop ≤ 1.6V; total machine power consumption ≤ 8W;

Temperature range: -40℃ to +70℃, CE/UL/CSA certification, net weight approximately 1.5kg.

Interface and communication configuration

Panel: power supply, fault, status indicator lights for group channels;

Backplane: gold fingers connected to the CIOM rack backplane, ControlNet bus and main control communication;

Field: equipped with dedicated FTA terminal base, 220VAC load cable connected to the terminal base, cable connection to the card.

Core functions

16 independent digital output channels; single-channel open circuit and short circuit hardware self-diagnosis, fault transmission to the system; single-channel fault does not affect other circuits; contactless solid-state output, longer lifespan than mechanical relays; automatic configuration recovery during live insertion and removal. Applicable scenarios

Device on-site electromagnetic valve start-stop control, pump valve contactor control, on-site alarm light / horn driver, auxiliary machine interlock switch output.

Operation and maintenance instructions

It is recommended to install fuses at the front end of the on-site load; separate the AC cables and keep them away from the instrument analog lines; regularly tighten the FTA terminals in humid environments to avoid loose connections and sparking.
