Position command: Differential / Open-collector pulse input, max input frequency 500kpps, programmable electronic gear ratio
Speed & Torque command: ±10VDC analog voltage input
Built-in multi-point digital input/output for servo enable, fault reset, alarm output, zero-speed signal etc.
CN2 (Encoder Feedback Port)
CN3 (RS232 Debug Port)
4. Core Functions
Three control modes freely switchable: Position / Speed / Torque by parameter setup
Automatic motor parameter identification & load adaptive auto-tuning function
Built-in multiple protection functions: Overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overspeed, encoder break, overheat, wiring error protection; fault code displayed on front LED panel
Vibration suppression filter to eliminate mechanical resonance.
5. Environmental & Installation Spec
Operating ambient temperature: 0°C ~ +55°C; storage temperature: -20°C ~ +85°C
Working humidity ≤90%RH, no condensation; avoid corrosive gas, dust and liquid splash
Vertical DIN rail/base mounting; reserve ≥25mm upper/lower space for heat dissipation
Separate high-power motor cables and low-voltage control/encoder cables; single-end shield grounding for signal wires to reduce EMI.
6. Wiring & Commissioning Notes
Cut off input power and wait ≥10min for DC bus capacitor discharge before wiring maintenance to prevent electric shock.
Main AC input to L1/L2/L3 terminals; U/V/W connect three motor power lines; PE terminal reliable equipment grounding.
Complete wiring inspection first, power on for self-check; no-load jog test after eliminating startup alarms, finish auto-tuning before formal load running.
