  2. ±10VDC analog speed / torque control: gain & offset preset fixed values from factory customization

  3. MECHATROLINK-I fieldbus hardware reserved onboard, bus function pre-set per Y16 specification

Terminals

  • CN1: Customized digital I/O pin assignment (different from standard SGDC-20AJA definition due to Y16 modification, fixed OEM I/O logic)

  • CN2: Standard encoder dedicated connector for incremental/absolute encoder

  • RS232 port: Supports SigmaWin parameter upload/download, partial core parameters are read-only and locked for Y16 customized version

4. Full Protection Functions

Overcurrent, DC bus overvoltage/undervoltage, power module overheat, continuous overload, encoder disconnection, dynamic brake overheat, auxiliary power abnormal protection; fault code displayed on front LED panel with independent dry-contact alarm relay output for machine interlock stop.

6. Replacement & Application Notes

  1. Interchange restriction: SGDC-20AJA-FY16 can only be replaced with identical FY16 variant; incompatible with standard SGDC-20AJA / SGDC-20AJA-F without Y16 suffix (different firmware & I/O definition)

  2. Auto inertia identification & JOG test function available, partial auto-tuning parameters locked by Y16 OEM program

  3. Typical application: Special customized multi-axis automation equipment, dedicated OEM production lines, customized peripheral servo for precision machinery
