SGDA-02BS is 200W single-phase 100V analog speed/torque servo drive from Yaskawa Sigma-I series; suffix BS = analog speed & torque control only (no digital pulse position input, same control type as SGDA-01BS but higher power rating).

1. Product Overview

SGDA-02BS is 200W single-phase 100V analog speed/torque servo drive from Yaskawa Sigma-I series; suffix BS = analog speed & torque control only (no digital pulse position input, same control type as SGDA-01BS but higher power rating).
Designed to match SGM-02 series 200W 100V Yaskawa servo motor; original production discontinued, only available as maintenance spare parts for legacy automation equipment.

3. Control Interface (Core Feature: Analog Only, No Pulse Position Command)

  1. CN1 control terminal receives 0~±10VDC analog voltage command for speed reference or torque setting; no differential/open-collector pulse input circuit, cannot perform pulse-type position control (distinguished from SGDA-02BP position model).

  2. Speed control range: 1:5000; default factory setting = speed control mode, switch to torque control via internal parameter modification for tension/winding application.

  3. Standard digital I/O terminals: Servo ON enable, external fault reset, forward/reverse JOG input, alarm relay contact output, zero-speed detection output.

  4. RS232 serial port onboard for SigmaWin software parameter upload/download & running status monitoring; no fieldbus communication function.

  5. Compatible with incremental encoder and battery-backed absolute encoder feedback.

  3. Built-in dynamic braking circuit for rapid stop during emergency stop or sudden power loss to avoid mechanical overrun.

  4. Internal memory stores historical fault codes for equipment troubleshooting.

7. Application & Replacement Note

  1. Cannot directly interchange with SGDA-02BP (BP = pulse position control); direct replacement will cause machine malfunction for positioning equipment.

  2. Typical usage: small winding machines, constant-speed feeding rollers, pay-off tension control, precision analog speed regulation automation equipment.
