Control Interface Difference vs Standard SGDA-01BP

  1. Standard CN1 I/O terminal pin assignment is partially redefined by Y122 custom firmware; some default signal functions (servo enable, alarm output, limit signal) differ from regular SGDA-01BP factory setting.

  2. Built-in firmware version C25 preloaded at factory, default parameter group pre-set for designated OEM device; auto-tuning, electronic gear initial values are non-standard factory preset values.

  3. Pulse command input still dual compatible: 5V line driver differential /24V open-collector; supports CW/CCW dual-pulse or Pulse+Direction position instruction as base specification.

  4. Reserved RS232 communication port for SigmaWin parameter upload/download; no standard fieldbus onboard.

Protection Functions (Same as standard SGDA-01BP)

Overvoltage(OV), Overcurrent(OC), Overload(OL), Overheat(OH), Encoder wire break, Regenerative overvoltage, Power source fault, hardware abnormal protection; fault code displayed on front digital tube.

5. Application & Replacement Notice

  1. Directly replaceable with standard SGDA-01BP only after full parameter rewrite matching original Y122 setting; direct plug-and-play without parameter adjustment will cause abnormal running or alarm due to custom Y122 firmware difference.

  2. Mainly used for old dedicated automation equipment: precision small feeding unit, special dispensing equipment, customized miniature positioning module which originally equipped Y122 customized servo system.
