Original formal production has been discontinued, and available market supplies mainly include brand-new original stock, factory-refurbished units and tested second-hand spare motors for equipment maintenance replacement.

Description

1. Product Introduction

UGRMEM-02SNQ33 is a Yaskawa original Minertia RM series compact DC servo motor with model suffix TG-7SVE, manufactured in Japan for precision industrial motion control applications. It belongs to the classic UGRMEM motor lineup specially customized for precision semiconductor equipment, precision CNC equipment and automated optical inspection machinery, widely equipped on Nikon NSR series lithography equipment and TSV-C37 numerical control machine tool control systems as the core drive component for fine positioning axes. This brushed DC servo integrates built-in speed feedback structure and compact integral housing design, matching supporting SZRCR-NTU02 power modules and UGRMEM series memory board parts to complete full-set drive configuration of automation equipment. Original formal production has been discontinued, and available market supplies mainly include brand-new original stock, factory-refurbished units and tested second-hand spare motors for equipment maintenance replacement.

2. Technical Specifications

The motor adopts standard DC rated operating voltage, fed by matched cabinet DC power supply circuit with stable input voltage range complying with Yaskawa RM series unified power standard; its rated rotating speed is 3000 RPM under nominal working condition, featuring low rotor inertia design to realize rapid start-stop and high-precision position adjustment for micro displacement control scenarios. The internal rotor is equipped with rare-earth permanent magnet structure to guarantee stable output torque within continuous working range, and the whole machine applies totally enclosed self-cooled construction to block dust, cutting fluid mist and corrosive gas intrusion into internal coil components.
Built-in carbon-brush commutation structure is configured for power switching, with standard service life of carbon brushes under normal clean operating environment reaching long-term continuous running cycle; two groups of outgoing lead wires are reserved for power connection without extra intermediate wiring terminals, and the output shaft is standard solid cylindrical shaft suitable for direct coupling with precision reducer or synchronous transmission structure.
For environmental working requirements, the permissible working ambient temperature ranges from 0°C to 40°C, and the storage temperature spans from -20°C to 55°C; applicable relative working humidity is limited between 10% and 80% with no condensation allowed on motor surface, and installation surroundings must avoid conductive dust, corrosive chemical vapor and continuous splashing of coolant liquid. The motor passes CE certification and conforms to Japanese industrial electrical safety standards, with built-in overcurrent and overload protection structure inside winding circuit to prevent instantaneous load stalling from burning internal coils.

3. Installation & Operation Notes

Install the motor via standard fixed mounting hole on motor housing, keep coaxial accuracy between motor output shaft and driven mechanical shaft to avoid eccentric load leading to abnormal vibration and accelerated carbon brush abrasion. Before power-on commissioning, check wiring polarity strictly to prevent reverse voltage input from damaging internal magnetic circuit and coil components. Regular maintenance requires periodic inspection of carbon brush residual length and internal dust accumulation inside motor shell, replace worn carbon brushes timely once wear limit is reached to avoid commutator surface scratch and unstable speed fluctuation during operation.
