Description
1. General Product Introduction
SZRCR-NTU02 is an original main power supply module exclusively designed for Yaskawa Motoman NX100 robot control cabinet, functioning as core power conversion and power distribution component for the whole servo drive system and internal control circuit of NX100 controller. This model has been discontinued in original factory mass production, most available products are tested refurbished or surplus original spare parts for robot maintenance replacement. It converts three-phase industrial input power into multiple groups of stable DC working power for servo amplifiers, main CPU board, safety loop and peripheral I/O circuit inside NX100 cabinet, supporting standard 415VAC three-phase input environment commonly used in welding and handling robot production lines.
2. Core Function Description
The primary function of SZRCR-NTU02 focuses on centralized power transformation and system safety power supply distribution. First, it receives three-phase AC mains input from cabinet main power switch, carries out rectification, filtering and voltage stabilization processing to output high-power DC bus voltage for all servo drive units installed in NX100 rack. Second, it isolates and converts auxiliary low-voltage DC power to supply control board, teach pendant communication circuit and emergency stop safety interlock loop. Meanwhile, built-in overcurrent, overvoltage and overheat protection circuits monitor operating status in real time, cutting off power output automatically once abnormal electrical parameters occur to avoid cascade damage to rear-end servo and control components. Multiple onboard CN series plug connectors realize quick wiring connection between power supply module and internal cabinet wiring harness, simplifying disassembly and maintenance work.
3. Electrical Working Specifications
Rated input condition is three-phase 380V~415V AC industrial power supply, applicable for global standard industrial workshop power grid configuration; the module supports maximum rated output current at 40A under rated working condition. Ambient working temperature range is from 0 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius, storage temperature ranges between minus 20 degree Celsius and plus 55 degree Celsius; allowable working relative humidity is 10% to 80% non-condensing environment, cannot be installed in space with corrosive gas, conductive dust or continuous water vapor immersion. Built-in standard specification fuse components include 10A 250V main circuit fuse and 5A 125V auxiliary control circuit fuse for branch circuit overcurrent protection. Whole module is equipped with metal shielding shell to improve anti-electromagnetic interference ability under high-frequency arc welding electromagnetic field.
4. Safety Warning Before Installation & Disassembly
Strictly prohibit live wiring, hot plug or disassembly of the module under powered status. Before any replacement, maintenance or wiring operation, cut off the total three-phase input power of NX100 control cabinet completely, then wait no less than 20 minutes to let internal large-capacity filter capacitors finish residual voltage discharge thoroughly to prevent electric shock risk from residual stored electricity. All wiring operations must follow original factory wiring sequence and harness marking; do not arbitrarily modify wire connection order or replace fuse with non-standard specification parts beyond rated parameter. Confirm all external mechanical fixing screws are fastened firmly after module installation finished to prevent poor contact caused by cabinet long-term vibration during robot cyclic operation.
5. Installation Operation Steps
First fix SZRCR-NTU02 module onto designated standard mounting position inside NX100 cabinet rack with matched fixing screws, ensure the module keeps enough surrounding gap for natural heat dissipation, avoid close attaching with other high-heat servo modules. Next connect three-phase AC input cable to the designated power input terminal of the module according to wire marking, then sequentially insert each CN connector of internal cabinet wiring harness into corresponding CN01~CN08 plug ports on the power supply board one by one, confirm each connector locks in place without loose insertion. After all wiring completion, double-check wire connection integrity and no short-circuit hidden danger inside wiring area, then close cabinet door and restore main power supply for power-on test. Complete controller self-inspection after power on, observe module indicator lamp status, carry out robot jog single-axis test and emergency stop loop function verification before putting equipment into formal production operation.
6. Common Fault Phenomenon & Brief Troubleshooting
When the module cannot output power after cabinet power-on and whole controller fails to start normally, first check onboard fuse status, replace damaged fuse with same rated specification part after confirming peripheral circuit has no short-circuit fault. If intermittent servo OFF alarm appears randomly during robot running and equipment restores normal after cabinet power off and restart, it is usually caused by aging internal capacitance or loose plug-in connectors; re-plug all CN connectors and inspect capacitor bulging or liquid leakage condition of the module. In case of module overheat alarm and automatic power cut during high-load continuous operation, check surrounding heat dissipation space and workshop ambient temperature, clean accumulated dust on module metal shell blocking heat dissipation channel. When partial auxiliary control circuit loses power and teach pendant communication is unstable, focus on inspection of auxiliary power branch circuit and corresponding wiring harness connector contact status.
7. Compatible Equipment Range
SZRCR-NTU02 is exclusively matched with original Yaskawa NX100 controller system, compatible with EA series arc welding robots, HP series heavy-duty handling robots and SSA/SSF series standard welding robots configured with NX100 cabinet, including EA1400N, EA1900N, HP6, HP20, SSA2000 and mainstream classic Motoman robot models. This power supply module cannot be adapted to earlier XRC controller system and later upgraded DX100, DX200, YRC series new-generation robot control cabinets, do not carry out cross-model forced installation and wiring.
8. Daily Maintenance Guidance
Regularly cut off equipment power every three to six months to clean dust accumulated on module surface and internal circuit board with dry compressed air, avoid dust buildup leading to poor heat dissipation or insulation drop. Check terminal screw fastening tightness and connector locking condition during routine equipment shutdown maintenance; inspect metal shell for corrosion deformation caused by workshop humid environment or corrosive welding flue gas. Do not use water or liquid cleaning agent to directly wipe internal circuit components of the module, only use dry anti-static cloth for surface wiping maintenance.
