Mechanical fixing & positioning for RPN710-193A-6-10 terminal module and plug terminals of S53845-2/S83395-2-10-10 harness, prevent wiring loose from cabinet vibration during robot running.
Auxiliary shunt of DC24V safety circuit, E-stop signal and partial DC5V logic bus signal between R10092-718 transition board and terminal wiring assembly.
Isolate internal wiring layout, avoid short-circuit caused by wire friction or contact with cabinet metal shell, improve anti-interference performance of whole rack signal loop.

4. Common Fault Manifestations
Base aging cracking leads to terminal loose, resulting in intermittent servo OFF alarm and random E-stop fault same as harness failure symptoms.
Copper terminal oxidation/corrosion causes unstable signal transmission, NEW02-2 analog output abnormal and welding equipment action disorder.
Fixed structure failure makes terminal block offset, harness plug partial disconnection triggering intermittent communication failure of teach pendant.
5. Replacement Safety Specification
Cut off controller total AC power supply, wait ≥15min for capacitor residual voltage release; hot disassembly is strictly prohibited.
Mark all terminal wiring sequence before removing defective SL-2B, install new base and reset terminal block & harness strictly follow original assembly position.
After full installation restoration, power on step by step, test single-axis jogging, E-stop loop and peripheral I/O signal validity sequentially.
