Serves as internal wiring harness / terminal adapter board linking CPU(PC-20), servo interface(N2-3) and analog module(NEW02-2) inside the XRC rack.
Transmits power supply, backplane bus signal and low-voltage control signal between each plug-in board.
Assists in routing safety circuit, emergency stop and external sensor wiring inside the controller cabinet.

4. Common Fault Performance
Intermittent communication drop-out between PC20 & N2-3, random servo alarm caused by loose pin or internal circuit open.
Partial failure of analog output from NEW02-2 due to damaged signal path of R10092-718.
Unstable teach pendant connection triggered by harness adapter aging and poor contact.
5. Replacement Instruction
Cut off main AC power of robot controller, wait ≥15min to discharge residual voltage; hot swap forbidden.
Mark all terminal wiring before disassembly, replace with new/refurbished R10092-718 following original wiring layout.
Complete wiring recovery, power on and test jog movement, IO signal and analog output sequentially.
