NEW02-2
Description
1. Product Overview
2. Core Functions
Process multi-channel analog input/output signals: pressure transducer, displacement sensor, proportional valve analog regulation (0~10V/4~20mA analog signal acquisition & output control) for peripheral hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
Expand system digital I/O capacity up to 128 points, realize signal exchange with MYCENTER-0 main communication board via cabinet backplane bus.
Complete isolation conversion between field analog signal and robot internal logic circuit, filter industrial electromagnetic interference from on-site servo and inverter equipment.
3. Electrical & Environmental Parameters
Logic power supply: +5V DC from backplane; field signal rated voltage: DC24V
Working ambient temperature: 0℃ ~ +40℃; storage temperature: -10℃ ~ +60℃, non-condensing environment
Humidity: 10%~80%RH without dew; max applicable altitude ≤1000m above sea level
Approximate net weight: 430g, standard plug-in industrial PCB layout
4. Typical Fault Phenomena
Analog signal drift, proportional valve unstable opening/closing, workpiece pressure out of tolerance, caused by aging onboard precision operational amplifier or damaged isolation optocoupler.
Partial expanded digital I/O invalid, peripheral fixture no action, robot teach pendant pops up analog module fault alarm from blown small onboard fuse or damaged bus chip.
Full analog channel loss after power-on due to backplane golden finger oxidation or main control circuit IC breakdown.
5. Replacement & Safety Operating Specification
Cut off robot total AC power completely, wait ≥15min for residual voltage discharge inside cabinet; hot plug is strictly prohibited to avoid backplane burnout.
Mark all external analog wiring and plug-in cable positions before disassembly, pull out faulty MEW02-2 and install replacement board into original slot.
Recover all wiring per original marks, power on robot, conduct analog signal calibration test, fixture linkage and hydraulic proportional valve full-load test to eliminate fault codes.
