MRY01B-2
Description
1. Product Overview
2. Core Functions
Digital input acquisition and relay output driving for robot peripheral auxiliary units: safety door interlock, air pressure detection, workpiece clamping feedback, external pneumatic/hydraulic solenoid valves, auxiliary motor control and peripheral fault signal collection.
Data communication with main CPU via cabinet backplane bus; executes robot internal ladder logic to realize auxiliary actions triggered by robot programming instructions.
Built-in optocoupler isolation and high-load relay modules to isolate field DC24V circuit from internal logic circuit, effectively resisting surge and electromagnetic interference from field equipment.
3. Electrical & Environmental Parameters
Rated input voltage: DC24V; Max total output load current: 10A (higher than MRY01B-1)
Operating temperature: 0℃ ~ +40℃; Storage temperature: -20℃ ~ +70℃
Ambient humidity: 10%~80% RH, non-condensing; Max applicable altitude ≤1000m above sea level
Approx weight: 450g, standard industrial PCB structure
4. Typical Failure Phenomena
Safety interlock alarm, valve no action or unstable clamping control due to aging onboard relays or oxidized terminal pins.
System pops up peripheral I/O error after power-on, partial auxiliary instructions invalid, caused by blown onboard fuse or damaged optocoupler/control IC.
Single channel missing input detection or no relay output from breakdown of corresponding discrete components.
5. Replacement Operation & Safety Rules
Cut off robot main AC power fully, wait over 15 minutes for residual voltage discharge inside cabinet; hot plug-in is strictly prohibited to avoid burnout of backplane and master control board.
Mark all external terminal wiring sequence before disconnecting cables, pull out faulty board and install replacement MRY01B-2 into original slot position.
Restore all wiring according to original marks, power on robot and complete full functional test for safety interlock, pneumatic and hydraulic peripheral actions to confirm no fault codes.
