JZRCR-NTU24 is the dedicated control logic power supply module for Yaskawa Motoman DX200 robot controller, upgraded replacement model of NTU18 used on DX100 system. It is compatible with MH, MA, GP and VA series 6-axis industrial robots including mainstream models MA1440, MH12 and MH24. This unit supplies stable low-voltage DC power to main CPU board, emergency stop safety circuit, handheld teach pendant JZRCR-YPP21-1, internal I/O boards and signal boards. Together with servo power supply JZRCR-YSV24 series, it forms the complete power distribution system inside DX200 control cabinet. 1. Product Overview

2. Electrical Specifications
Rated input is single-phase AC200V~230V at 50/60Hz with permissible voltage fluctuation within ±10%. Regulated DC outputs include DC5V for main control logic circuit and DC24V for teach pendant, safety loop and external I/O modules. Built-in protection circuits activate automatic shutdown against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overheat fault. Independent fuses are equipped on input and each output channel. Integrated EMC filter restrains surge from power grid and high-frequency electromagnetic interference generated by servo drivers.
3. Mechanical and Installation Features
The module is constructed with full metal shielding enclosure and ventilation slots for natural air cooling, rated IP20 protection and designed only for closed installation inside control cabinet. It is fixed by guide rail buckle plus mounting screws at standard designated position of DX200 cabinet. Multiple plug-in terminals on side panel connect AC input and DC output wiring to cabinet backplane, enabling direct plug-and-play replacement without any wiring modification.
4. Compatible Components
It matches all standard DX200 system hardware such as main CPU board, servo power unit, safety relay module, JZRCR-YPP21-1 teach pendant and external I/O terminal board. All variants of NTU24 can be mutually interchanged directly.
5. Operating Environmental Requirements
Continuous operating temperature inside cabinet ranges from 0℃ to +55℃, while storage temperature after power-off is between -20℃ and +70℃. Working relative humidity keeps 10%~85% without condensation. Installation location shall be kept away from oil mist, corrosive gas, severe mechanical vibration and high-frequency interference from welding machines or inverters.
6. Replacement Procedures
Cut off the main AC power of control cabinet and wait no less than 15 minutes to release residual high voltage inside the module for electric shock prevention. Mark all connecting cables and unplug input and output connectors sequentially. Remove fixing screws, take out faulty NTU24 and install new module at original position securely. Reconnect all cables strictly following previous marks. Switch on power supply after installation, complete system self-check and single-axis jog test to confirm no power-related alarm and normal startup of teach pendant.
7. Common Troubleshooting
Entire system fails to power on with all indicators off: Check AC input circuit and verify blown internal input fuse or damaged rectifier components inside the module. Random low voltage alarm and unexpected shutdown during operation: Clear dust blocking cooling vents which triggers overheat protection or check loose terminal connections causing unstable output voltage. Main control board works normally but teach pendant keeps black screen: Inspect defective independent DC24V output channel or poor contact of corresponding connector on NTU24.
8. Safety Instructions
Hot plugging any wiring under powered condition is strictly forbidden as instantaneous surge voltage may permanently damage power module and downstream mainboard. Only qualified professional maintenance technicians are allowed to disassemble the unit; arbitrary modification of internal wiring is prohibited.
