It supplies regulated DC working power for cabinet main CPU board, emergency stop safety circuit, teach pendant JZRCR-YPP01-1, internal I/O board and peripheral signal loop; works together with servo power unit JZRCR-YPU01 series to constitute complete DX100 cabinet power distribution system. 1. Product Introduction

JZRCR-NTU18 / JZRCR-NTU18E-1 is original Yaskawa Motoman logic control power supply module exclusively for DX100 robot controller cabinet, matching MH, ES, VA, SP series 6-axis Motoman industrial robots.
It supplies regulated DC working power for cabinet main CPU board, emergency stop safety circuit, teach pendant JZRCR-YPP01-1, internal I/O board and peripheral signal loop; works together with servo power unit JZRCR-YPU01 series to constitute complete DX100 cabinet power distribution system. Original production discontinued; available parts: new surplus original & fully tested refurbished replacement spare parts.

  • Multi DC regulated outputs: DC5V (mainboard logic), DC24V (teach pendant + safety + I/O circuit)

  • Built-in full protection: overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, overheat auto cutoff; internal EMC filter against grid surge and servo EMI interference

  • Internal fuses for input & each independent DC output channel protection

3. Mechanical & Installation

  • Metal shield enclosure, natural air convection cooling via casing ventilation slots, IP20 protection grade (indoor cabinet only)

  • Standard rack-mounted fixed structure inside DX100 cabinet with mounting screws

  • Side dedicated plug terminals: one AC input connector + multi-group DC output connectors to cabinet backplane wiring

  • Anti-rust plated housing, dimension conform to DX100 cabinet standard module slot size

4. Compatible Parts

Full compatible with DX100 whole system: CPU mainboard, servo amplifier rack, safety relay assembly, handheld teach pendant JZRCR-YPP01-1, external I/O terminal board; plug-and-play direct replacement without wiring modification.

5. Ambient Operating Conditions

  • Working temp inside cabinet: 0℃ ~ +55℃

  • Storage temperature (power off): -20℃ ~ +70℃

  • Humidity: 10%~85%RH, no condensation; avoid heavy oil mist, corrosive gas, strong vibration and welding high-frequency interference

6. Replacement Operation Steps

  1. Cut off cabinet total AC power, wait ≥15min to discharge residual high voltage inside module for anti-shock.

  2. Mark all input/output wire positions, disconnect wiring one by one.

  3. Remove fixing screws, replace faulty NTU18 with new unit and fix tightly.

  4. Recover all cables per original marks.

  5. Power on cabinet, finish system self-test & single-axis jog test to confirm no power fault alarm.

7. Common Fault & Troubleshooting

  1. Whole cabinet no power, all lights off: Check AC220V input line, inspect blown internal fuse or damaged rectifier circuit inside NTU18.

  2. Random low voltage alarm & intermittent shutdown: Clean blocked cooling vents (overheat protection triggered), check loose terminal wiring.

  3. Mainboard powered normally but teach pendant dead: Check independent DC24V output channel and corresponding connector damage of this power module.

8. Safety Instruction

No hot plug-in of any wiring under live power; surge voltage will permanently burn internal power circuit and downstream control boards. Only certified maintenance technicians allowed to disassemble; unauthorized internal circuit modification forbidden.
