JZNC-RK41
Description
1. Product Overview
2. Key Electrical & Mechanical Specifications
Rated Input Power: DC24V ±10% supplied from system power module (e.g. CPS-10FB) inserted into rack dedicated slot; max bus carrying current: 8A total for all slots
Slot Configuration:
Standard JZNC-RK41: 18 card slots (full-size rack)
RK41-2: 2 slots; RK41-3:3 slots; RK41-4:4 slots (compact short rack variants for small-scale machine/robot controller)
Material: Zinc-plated metal frame + FR4 printed circuit backplane inside chassis
Dimension (Full-size RK41): approx 432mm(W)×406mm(H)×178mm(D); net weight ~4.1kg~4.3kg
Bus Standard: proprietary Yasnac parallel NC bus for inter-board signal transmission
3. Core Functions
Central Power Distribution: Distribute DC24V from rack power supply card to every inserted PCB slot via backplane copper traces
System Bus Connection: Realize high-speed signal communication between CPU board(JZNC-RK32), servo axis boards, external I/O interface boards and panel communication boards through backplane internal wiring
Modular Expansion: Flexible plug-in installation of optional functional boards according to machine axis quantity, auxiliary I/O and peripheral configuration demands
Mechanical Fixation: Metal rack frame provides stable mounting structure for all control PCBs inside CNC electrical cabinet, anti-vibration protection for inserted circuit boards
4. Compatible Matching Boards
Main CPU: JZNC-RK32 series main control board
Power Unit: CPS-10FB series rack-mounted power supply card
Axis Control Boards: MMI3/MMI4 servo control PCBs
External I/O & Communication: CPI1, IO interface series daughter boards
Front panel communication board matched with JZNC-OP15/OP16 operation unit
5. Environmental Operation Parameters
Working Temperature: 0℃~+55℃ inside sealed control cabinet; Storage: -25℃~+70℃
Humidity: 10%~85%RH non-condensing; prohibit oil mist, cutting fluid vapor and conductive dust accumulation inside rack
Vibration Resistance: ≤0.5G continuous running, avoid heavy mechanical shock near installation position
6. Installation & Replacement Procedure
Fully cut off total machine AC power supply, wait ≥10min for cabinet power capacitor full discharge to avoid electric shock and component burnout
Mark each PCB card position and front/rear wiring labels, pull out all plug-in boards sequentially from rack slots one by one
Remove fixing bolts of rack chassis mounted on cabinet base plate, detach faulty RK41 rack entirely
Fix new replacement RK41 rack at original installation position and lock mounting screws tightly
Reinstall all function boards to original marked slot locations, restore all peripheral wiring strictly per previous labels
Complete wiring inspection before power-on, test system startup, panel display and manual jog function of each axis
7. Common Fault & Troubleshooting
Entire system no power / all boards unpowered: Check DC24V input to rack, backplane main fuse blowout or broken power trace on backplane PCB
Partial slot board communication failure: Dirty slot gold finger contact or cracked backplane inner circuit trace; clean slot terminals or replace whole rack
Intermittent system alarm & unstable axis operation: Backplane aging, poor copper conduction caused by long-term dust and damp inside rack
8. Safety Precautions
Never plug/unplug any PCB board while rack is powered on; hot plug will induce surge voltage to damage backplane circuit and inserted control boards
All rack disassembly and maintenance must be operated by professional technicians familiar with Yasnac LX3/MX3 system hardware
Do not repair broken backplane traces arbitrarily with temporary jumper wire, replace original standard rack for long-term stable operation
