Mode selector switch: 3 standard working modes – MANUAL(JOG), MDI Manual Data Input, AUTO automatic running; switch interlock with system safety circuit to avoid illegal mode switching during automatic processing.
Electronic handwheel (MPG): Spindle speed override + feedrate override adjustable knob, incremental jog handwheel for single-step axis fine tuning of X/Y/Z/B/C axes.
Axis jog key group: Independent JOG buttons for each feed axis positive/negative movement, rapid traverse switch for high-speed manual positioning.

Handwheel signal: Differential pulse output to main control board, anti-interference design for machine workshop cutting fluid splash and inverter electromagnetic interference.

Working altitude ≤1000m without power derating; forbid installation near corrosive gas, heavy cutting oil mist and conductive metal powder environment.

LCD Display Area: Top screen for system status and program content display, built-in backlight with adjustable brightness.
Mode Switch Section: Rotary mode selector + feed/spindle override potentiometers + MPG handwheel.
Key Matrix Area:
Program edit keys: numeric 0~9, symbol, insert/delete/modify cursor keys;
Machine control keys: spindle CW/CCW/STOP, coolant ON/OFF, rapid traverse;
Running control keys: CYCLE START, FEED HOLD, RESET, SINGLE BLOCK, OPT STOP.
Axis Jog Zone: Independent ± direction buttons for X,Y,Z,4th/5th auxiliary axes.

6. Rear Connector & LED Indicator
Rear single dedicated multi-pin connector: realize DC24V power input + CNC system bus data communication between GOP panel and main control rack.
Onboard LED indicators:
PWR(Green): Steady ON = DC24V input normal; OFF = power supply break or internal panel fuse blown.
RDY(Green): Flashing = normal bus communication with CNC main CPU; always OFF = communication failure or wiring open.
ERR(Red): Steady ON = internal panel circuit fault or safety loop triggered by emergency stop signal.
7. Installation & Replacement Steps
Cut off total cabinet AC input power before disassembly; wait ≥10min for internal high-voltage capacitor discharge.
Unfix front panel mounting screws of cabinet operation window, pull out old GOP unit, unplug rear dedicated bus connector.
Align new JZNC-GOP rear connector with cabinet internal cable plug and lock firmly, fix panel mounting screws.
Restore cabinet power supply, power on CNC system; complete screen backlight check, handwheel signal test and key function verification before trial machine running.
8. Common Troubleshooting
All screen dark + PWR lamp off: Check cabinet DC24V output voltage and internal panel protection fuse, replace blown fuse with same specification.
Display normal but all jog keys invalid: Inspect rear bus connector loose or pin oxidation, clean connector with anhydrous alcohol.
Handwheel no response when rotating: Check handwheel differential signal wiring open/short circuit; replace GOP panel if peripheral wiring is intact.
ERR lamp constant lighting: Confirm emergency stop button is fully reset first; check safety circuit interlock wiring when E-stop reset.
