Dedicated to real‑time speed monitoring and diagnostics for Motoman XRC robot systems.
Used in applications requiring precise speed feedback and over‑speed protection, such as high‑speed handling, assembly, and welding.
2. Functions
Real‑time speed monitoring: Tracks robot axis velocity and operational speed.
Over‑speed detection: Triggers alarms or safety stops if speed exceeds predefined limits.
Signal processing: Processes encoder and discrete I/O signals for speed calculation and diagnostics.
System diagnostics: Provides speed‑related fault data to the controller for troubleshooting.
