ON (Green): ON when main contactor is energized (closed)
ALM (Red): ON for fuse blow, E-stop circuit open, or relay coil fault
5. Installation Instructions
Power OFF the controller; wait 5 minutes for internal capacitors to discharge.
Wear an anti-static wristband to prevent ESD damage.
Insert the board into the designated cabinet slot; secure with 4 × M3 screws.
Connect CN1–CN4 per the cabinet wiring diagram.
Power ON the controller; verify: PWR = ON, ON = ON, ALM = OFF.
6. Safety & Protection Features
Dual 5 A fuses: Overcurrent protection for control circuits
E-stop interlock: Complies with Safety Category 3
Relay isolation: Electrical separation between low-voltage control and power circuits
Fault alarm: ALM signal sent to controller for diagnostic logging
7. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
7.1 Maintenance Schedule
Quarterly: Check connector tightness and fuse condition.
Annually: Clean dust with low-pressure dry air; inspect relay contacts for wear.
7.2 Troubleshooting
PWR OFF: Check 24 VDC supply and CN1 wiring.
ALM ON: Check 5 A fuses, E-stop circuit continuity, and relay coil.
ON OFF (PWR ON): Check main contactor coil and CN2 connections.
Intermittent operation: Inspect connector pins and relay contacts for corrosion.
