5. Installation

  1. Power OFF the controller; wait 5 minutes for capacitor discharge.

  2. Use anti‑static wristband.

  3. Insert board into designated slot; secure with four M3 screws (0.8–1.0 N·m).

  4. Connect CN1–CN4 per cabinet wiring diagram.

  5. Power ON; verify PWR ON, ON ON, ALM OFF.

6. Safety & Protection

  • Dual 5 A fuses for overcurrent protection

  • Emergency stop interlock (Category 3 compliant)

  • Relay‑based isolation between control and power circuits

7. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
